What data I process and why
This website has no forms and no sign-up area, so it collects no contact details. Only two things are processed: (1) the technical data your browser sends to the server when you visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested), kept in the server logs for security and troubleshooting; and (2) if you consent, aggregated browsing data through Google Analytics, to see which content is read and improve the site.
If you message me on WhatsApp
If you choose to contact me on WhatsApp, I process your phone number and the content of the conversation solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to provide the service you ask for. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering a contract, together with my legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes to me.
Legal basis
Server logging relies on my legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. Analytics relies solely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the cookie preferences link in the footer.
Retention periods
Server logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months. Analytics data is kept for fourteen months, the period configured in the tool. WhatsApp conversations are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the applicable limitation periods.
Recipients
I do not sell or share your data, and I do not build commercial profiles. Only the providers needed to run the site are involved: Raiola Networks SL as hosting provider (servers in the European Union), Google Ireland Limited if you accept analytics, and WhatsApp Ireland Limited if you write to me there. Google and WhatsApp may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by messaging me on WhatsApp at +34 630 310 074 and identifying yourself. You may also withdraw your analytics consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If you believe your request was not handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
This site is aimed at adults in a professional context. I do not knowingly collect data from minors.
